Job description5-10 years PQE, ideally trained at a reputable law firm. Strong experience in M&A or corporate transactional work. In-house experience is advantageous but not essential. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. GST registered to work as an independent contractor. Fully remote role with a flexible home office setup. About the role
Our client, a global leader in the oil & gas sector, is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant for a fixed-term contract. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on corporate M&A transactions within a high-profile organisation.
What you'll do
- Assist with corporate M&A / transactional work, including due diligence responses.
- Draft initial disclosure letters and perform first reviews of ancillary agreements.
- Support closing and transition matters across projects.
