We are seeking six dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.We provide 24 / 7 supported
accommodation with round the clock staff support.
This role is ideal for
individuals who are passionate about empowering others and making a real
difference in people's lives.Positions Available : 6 Support WorkersShift Patterns : A variety of shifts including AM, PM, and Night shiftsReporting to : Team Coach, Housing and Recovery ServiceResponsibilities include : Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilienceHelp people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter mostFoster positive change for a more positive lifeProvide medication support for our peopleSupport people with their appointmentsWork alongside people to achieve their goalsYou | MouUnderstanding and commitment to principles of recoveryCurrent full NZ driver's licenceCurrent first aid certificateApplicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or working towards a level 4 qualificationSupport Worker experience or similarKnowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi Closing Date : Thursday, 2nd October 2025.
