  • About the Role
  • We have a fixed term or secondment opportunity for Clinical Lead - Mortality within the Quality and Patient Safety team in Clinical Leadership. The Clinical Lead – Mortality Review works as a member of the clinical governance team and is responsible providing clinical leadership on national mortality review systems.
  • About the Team / Service / Location
  • The role will work in partnership with national, regional, and local clinical leads to develop an all of system approach to mortality review. The Clinical Lead – Mortality Review reports to the National Clinical Governance Manager.
  • About you
  • You will ideally have :
  • Experience leading on mortality reviews and knowledge of mortality review systems in Aotearoa New Zealand
  • The ability to lead in partnership with a range of clinical leaders and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence others to embrace change
  • Relevant clinical qualification(s)
  • Working for Health New Zealand
