About the Role
We have a fixed term or secondment opportunity for Clinical Lead - Mortality within the Quality and Patient Safety team in Clinical Leadership. The Clinical Lead – Mortality Review works as a member of the clinical governance team and is responsible providing clinical leadership on national mortality review systems.
About the Team / Service / Location
The role will work in partnership with national, regional, and local clinical leads to develop an all of system approach to mortality review. The Clinical Lead – Mortality Review reports to the National Clinical Governance Manager.
About you
You will ideally have :
Experience leading on mortality reviews and knowledge of mortality review systems in Aotearoa New Zealand
The ability to lead in partnership with a range of clinical leaders and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence others to embrace change
Relevant clinical qualification(s)
