The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance fitters and electricians to ensure smooth plant operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating breakdown responses, preventative maintenance schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance tradespeople across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance plans
• Drive continuous improvement projects across reliability, safety, and equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and food safety standards
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement plant upgrades and process improvements
