We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast paced logisticsoperation in Christchurch on a 6 month contract.

This role is critical insupporting a period of growth and transformation, with a strong focus on end toend recruitment, team leadership, and delivering people focused solutions.WhatYou'll Be Doing :

• Leadand execute high-volume recruitment across operational, warehousing, andsupport roles
• Manageand support a small team of direct reports within the HR function
• Providegeneralist HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Collaboratewith operational leaders to build strong workforce planning and talentpipelines
• Promoteand support a strong health and safety culture, partnering with managers toensure best practice and compliance
• Driveonboarding and engagement initiatives to retain new hires
• Ensurecompliance with employment legislation and internal policiesWhatWe're Looking For :
• Provenexperience in a senior Human Resources position ideally within logistics,transport, or similar blue-collar environments
• Strongtrack record in end-to-end recruitment and workforce scaling
• Confidentleader with experience managing a team
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced, operationally driven business
