ANZ Private works with high-value individuals, families, trusts, not-for-profit organisations, charities and IWI, supporting them to protect, manage and grow their wealth, by providing timely insights and solutions in the moments that matter most.

Our specialist bankers and advisers provide our clients with a personalised relationship and holistic solutions tailored to their values, aspirations, needs and concerns.

As an Investment Private Banker in our Private Banking division, you'll play a key role in supporting our vision to be the partner of choice for high-value customers, and to be recognised by our clients, people and stakeholders as integral to their success.

• What will your day look like

As an Investment Private Banker, you will :

Deliver exceptional service to a diverse set of high-value clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are well-balanced

Foster client relationships and networks by understanding their unique financial requirements and offering tailored advice on products and services

Develop and implement client plans that align with their preferred ways of operating, guiding them towards financial success

Recommend and execute appropriate investment strategies with a focus on achieving high client satisfaction

Listen to, respect, and value our clients, gaining a deeper understanding of their diverse needs and aspirations

Build meaningful relationships with colleagues across various business units to enhance the value provided to your clients

Provide coaching and guidance to Associates on advice and client experience, supporting their professional development

Seek opportunities to establish new client relationships and expand your portfolio

Role model and embed ANZ's values and purpose within the team fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone

Ou Pukenga?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :

Proven experience in building genuine connections and relationships with clients in a professional setting

Effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to meet the diverse needs of your clients

Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to embrace challenges and adapt your approach

An inquisitive mindset with a keen interest in investment products and financial markets

A passion for helping others success and enhancing the wellbeing of your community in various ways

Ability to effectively build networks across both internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience in a banking or sales environment could be helpful, but not essential

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
