The Role | Mō ā tūraā rā
In this role, you’ll oversee a six-bed Residential Recovery Service for older adults with existing mental health challenges, using established systems and clinical frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent outcomes. While advertised as Clinical Team Leader, the role is known internally as Team Coach.
You’ll guide and develop a capable team, enabling them to work confidently at the top of their scope as community support workers, while collaborating with health and community providers to ensure seamless, connected support for older adults and their whānau.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm, with participation in a shared after-hours on-call roster.

You’re an experienced Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience. You balance clinical expertise with genuine connection and enjoy supporting your team to grow and deliver high-quality care.
