About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Health & Safety & Compliance Advisor to support a growing project workload. This full‑time role is primarily based at the company’s Wairau Valley office, with regular visits to an active project site in Hobsonville to stay connected to day‑to‑day operations. You’ll help ensure that strong safety systems, compliance documentation, and alignment with New Zeland Health & Safety legislation are consistently maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide H&S and compliance support across all active projects
• Conduct regular site visits in Hobsonville for safety checks and documentation updates
• Maintain accurate records, reports, compliance registers, and training logs
• Support audits, incident reporting, investigations, and follow‑up actions
• Coordinate inductions and compliance training for staff and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to meet compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to strengthen safety processes and enhance overall safety culture
