Your Impact

Reporting to the Innovation PMO Manager and based in Auckland, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Innovation PMO strategy and governance processes. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth delivery of innovation projects, change initiatives, and artwork workflows across the business.

More specifically, you will be involved in :

• Supporting governance processes such as stage gates, steering committees, and ELT updates, while maintaining PMO documentation, templates, workflows, and procedural guidelines.
• Coordinating small to medium innovation and change initiatives, supporting effective delivery through structured communication, progress tracking, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Leading the Product Change Control process, ensuring accurate documentation, strong process compliance, and up-to-date training materials that support successful onboarding.
• Coordinating the end-to-end Artwork process, ensuring timely approvals, consistency, accuracy, and maintaining a structured repository of packaging and design files.
• Administering PMO tools and systems (e.g., a2Gate, SharePoint), ensuring data accuracy, audit-ready documentation, and supporting dashboards and portfolio insights.
