Job Description
In this role you will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court.
You will liaise with multiple stakeholders interacting with the Justice system.
This includes communicating confidently with Judges within the courtroom and their chambers, as well as other members of the judiciary.
Responsibilities
Court Taking – facilitation of running the court.
Introducing Judges (in English and Te Reo Maori), working closely with them in the Courtroom and Chambers, managing jurors and general administration.
Case Management – ensuring the Judiciary and case parties have all the information they need and that logistics are in place to ensure cases are heard in a timely and effortless manner.
Customer Service – interacting with customers on any court related matter.
Customer queries can come in via face-to-face, phone or email interactions – you will need to be confident with all methods.
Skills & Experience
Detail orientated and observant – court processes and case information must be accurate.
Self-aware – confident working both individually and as a team across a range of situations.
Multi-task – manage conflicting priorities and move from one task to another quickly.
Willing to learn – adapt to changing legislation and processes in the courts.
Resilient – handle sensitive cases and high volume periods.

Salary
Remuneration band : $59,729 to $80,794.
The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
