• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Shop and Deli.
• Lead and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage and grow our online store, including product listings, promotions, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate inventory, merchandising, and logistics.
• Use data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
