If you're passionate about innovation and safety, we'd love to welcome you aboard.Role responsibilitiesAs a Critical Risk Implementation Advisor, you will be part of a team responsible for facilitating and supporting business units to execute their critical risk implementation plans to embed critical controls at the front line.
You will act as a subject matter expert in Critical Risk management, focusing on best practices and ensuring adherence to legislation, regulatory and compliance requirements.
You will provide guidance and support in the delivery of critical risk implementation plans.
You will ensure the implementation is effective and aligned with business needs and best practice.What you will bringYou will have 3+ years of experience in a similar roleYou possess in-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices in critical risk managementCritical and detailed thinkerAccurate and detailed plannerProven delivery skillsThe determination and mind-set to make things happen and the self-discipline to follow throughAble to communicate effectively with peopleAble to liaise effectively with external agencies re planning and detail mattersStrong to advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 applications (especially Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)Ways of working / Work-related qualitiesYou prioritise health and safety by identifying and addressing hazards, ensuring the wellbeing of othersYou stay calm and composed in the face of challenges or ambiguity, asking questions and escalating as neededYou take ownership of challenging goals and are proactive in seeking opportunitiesYou seek out learning opportunities, using new knowledge to improve performanceYou actively collaborate with colleagues, contributing positively to team tasksYou organise your time effectively, ensuring tasks are prioritised and delivered to a high standardOther RequirementsYou can pass regular drug and alcohol screeningsYou have a current and valid NZ Driver's LicenceYou are willing to travel across New ZealandQualificationsA qualification in a discipline relevant to risk management and occupational health and safetyProfessional certification in safety (e.g., CSP, IOSH, NZISM, HASANZ) is highly desirableWhat's in it for youA high-impact leadership role contributing to New Zealand's future.A supportive, values-driven culture focused on teamwork and growth.Competitive remuneration plus 4% KiwiSaver employer contributionFull training providedReady to Make a Difference?
