This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator or coordinator who's looking for a challenge and eager to upskill.
You'll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What you'll be doing : Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities with precision and care Preparing accurate and timely employment documentation for successful candidates Supporting recruitment-related risk-management processes to help maintain a safe and inclusive workplace Delivering system and process training, and resolving user queries with confidence Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding What you'll bring : Ideally experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Snaphire preferred) A solid background in HR and / or recruitment Strong understanding of employment documentation and relevant legislation Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail The ability to juggle priorities, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team wherever needed What we offer : An additional week of Salvation Army leave each year (awarded annually on 1 July), plus long service leave Free confidential counselling to support your wellbeing Subsidised flu vaccinations and discounted Southern Cross medical insurance TSA discount card for savings at retailers like Noel Leeming, Placemakers, and Torpedo7 Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours / week), with a starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 per annum .
