Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Manager based in Canterbury, New Zealand.

The Export Sales Manager will oversee international sales operations, develop export strategies, build and maintain relationships with global clients, and work closely with sales and business development teams to achieve growth objectives.

Daily tasks include devising business plans, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance for international trade.

The role also requires collaboration with production teams to meet export requirements and deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Export and International Business, with a proven ability to manage cross-border trade and logistics.

Experience in Sales and International Sales, with a track record of developing and expanding client relationships in global markets.

Proficiency in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategy development to drive business growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with cultural awareness to address the needs of diverse international clients.

Knowledge of the beverage industry and understanding of import / export compliance and regulations is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
