Te Tauraki is looking for an Operations Manager, ready to make a difference in the health and social sector space.About UsAs a subsidiary of Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, Te Tauraki has a number of functions.

Currently it operates both as an Iwi-Maori Partnership Board and a new commissioning agency for whanau ora services within Te Waipounamu.

The role oversees key operational processes, including project delivery, system and process improvements, policy and procedure frameworks, and reporting.

The position will also be responsible for managing a team to drive high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.You'll have a unique opportunity to lead meaningful change through evidence-informed approaches, helping whanau thrive across Te Waipounamu.
