Skills and experience Property legal secretary experience Experience with landonline and associated documentation (preferred) ADLS forms website (preferred) Understanding of basic sale and purchase agreements (preferred) Advanced MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Mail Merge A "can-do" and happy to help attitude with the ability to be flexible and operate as part of a team, A proactive approach to your work - the ability to work on tasks unprompted and anticipate needs, A positive and enthusiastic attitude An eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Impeccable time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
