We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary care Charge Nurse to join a well-established practice based in Rangiora.  Wi a diverse patient base this practice has built a strong reputation in the community, and provides a supportive, patient-focused environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of those in their care.

About the Role

This is a permanent position 30 hours per week and includes but not limited to the following duties :

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Lead and inspire a team of nurses
• Recruit and onboard new nursing staff
• Staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Promote equity and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi
