Responsibilities
Lead a diverse team across a range of functions to ensure the comfort, safety and security of our customers at Dudley Park Aquatic Centre.
Work closely within the Aquatics Leadership team to nurture talent and deliver high quality customer experiences within our facilities, oversee the Programmes portfolio, and develop and deliver planning, policies and technical responsibilities for all programmes and customer services offered by all Aquatic Facilities.
Take a collaborative approach to delivering a high quality experience to our customers, ensure a professional, approachable and solutions focused approach to community needs; champion innovation and new ideas to ensure best value solutions through planning, organisation and delivery of services.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Recreation and Sport, Business management or at least 4 years' industry experience in senior roles.
Experience operating a swim school and knowledge of Learn to Swim programming.
