About The Mahi
Are you organised, people‑focused, and ready to be the welcoming face of our Rotorua clinic? We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinic Administrator to cover a maternity leave for a fixed‑term role that will commence in March 2026 and conclude on 26 February 2027.
You will be based at the Rotorua clinic, supporting the local clinical team and providing administrative assistance to the Taupo team. You will work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and stay connected with our nationwide administration team.
Key Responsibilities
This fixed‑term role is ideally 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the right candidate and potential to expand hours as the clinics grow.

About You
Two years of administration experience is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of Gensolve would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and provide excellent customer service.
