Role Overview

At QT Wellington, we’re all about art, design, and unforgettable experiences—and that includes what’s on the plate. As Executive Chef you’ll take the reins of our signature restaurant, HIPPO, and oversee all culinary operations across the hotel. This is your chance to showcase creativity, lead a passionate team, and deliver dishes that wow every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the culinary vision for HIPPO and QT Wellington, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Oversee menu development, seasonal updates, and innovative concepts that reflect QT’s playful personality.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety across all outlets.
• Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to create unforgettable events and dining experiences.

Salary : $110,000  /  yr – $135,000  /  yr (based on skills and experience).
