You will take ownership of customers' environments, define their roadmaps and deliver successful projects.Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to : developing positive relationships with customers and colleaguesadvising and influencing our customers, to ensure a strong programme of workproviding pre-sales, requirement analysis, project delivery and post-implementation supportresolving complex technical problems and investigations into the root cause and solution improvements, andsharing your knowledge with team members and contributing to ensuring a high standard across the team.What you will bringYou'll be enthusiastic, efficient, detailed and keen to complete work to a high standard.
