Personal Assistant Publication Date 14 / 09 / 2025 Location Dunedin Type Contract or Temp Sector Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Personal Assistant We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our clients on a 12-month fixed-term parental cover with part-time or full-time hours available.

Our clients have a long-standing history in the industry and remain dedicated to being New Zealand owned and operated to this day.

ROLE : As the Personal Assistant, you will be required to support the Senior Leadership Team during a parental leave cover.

Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.

RESPONSIBLITIES : Co-ordinate national meetings and events.

Manage nationwide travel arrangements for senior leaders.

Provide administrative and project support to the leadership team.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

SKILL SET : Proven experience in a PA, EA or high-level administrative role.

Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Proficient across Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
