The Role
As our Quality Lead, you’ll take ownership of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and customer requirements. You’ll coach and develop teams, lead audits, resolve customer complaints, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed a zero-defect, customer-first culture.
You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product introductions, reducing scrap and blocked stock, and collaborating with our APAC / global quality teams.
