Job Description

Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square is looking for an experienced chef to play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team. You will have a passion for cooking, appreciate using your creativity in the kitchen and keep up with the most recent culinary trends. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be driven to inspire your team through excellent service. During periods of high activity, you shine and take great pride in providing our guests with an extraordinary culinary experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role, within hotels preferred
• Self motivated and able to work well in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively within a diverse team
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including early mornings and late evenings, weekends and public holidays
