About the Role

As a Senior BAS Manager, you’ll lead with both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, ensuring exceptional standards across compliance and advisory. This role supports firmwide growth, enhances capability within the team, and drives commercial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-level oversight of compliance, quality assurance, billing, and workflow across a portfolio
• Lead and mentor team members through coaching, technical upskilling, and quarterly 1 : 1s
• Resolve complex technical queries and drive advisory output quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support firm strategy, recruitment, and service innovation
• Provide insights and data to support product development and strategic decisions
