Senior Consultant - Digital Strategy

We're looking for a Senior Consultant – Digital Strategy to join our Auckland office.

A client-facing strategist who thrives at the intersection of brand, marketing, customer, technology and AI.

What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and deliver strategies that drive measurable impact.

You'll also roll up your sleeves to make sure great ideas turn into outcomes.

You will :

Develop and deliver digital strategies that balance brand, CX, content, martech, and performance

Lead client workshops and product roadmapping sessions to set the direction for platforms, campaigns, and digital initiatives

Analyse digital performance (SEO, CRO, analytics) and provide actionable recommendations

Advise on and work with CEPs (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

Bring thought leadership on AI—how trends in machine learning, generative AI, predictive marketing, automation, and personalisation are reshaping digital strategy, data use, and customer engagement

Apply AI thinking to improve performance in CX, SEO in the AI layer, content, and user experience

Drive business growth by identifying and developing new revenue opportunities with both new and existing clients

Build long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor who adds strategic and commercial value

Share insights and contribute to thought leadership across Catch and the wider industry

What we're looking for

We're after someone who can think big but also dive into the detail when it matters.

You'll bring :

5+ years' experience in digital strategy, consulting, or a related role (agency / consultancy background a plus)

Proven experience working directly with clients in a strategic, consulting capacity

Hands-on knowledge of SEMrush and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of performance optimisation

Experience with CEPs (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)

Understanding of how AI is shaping digital strategy, predictive marketing, data use, and customer experience

The ability to bridge strategy and execution — comfortable facilitating at a boardroom table and just as ready to configure, test, or optimise when needed

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

A curious mindset, collaborative approach, and genuine passion for all things digital
