Customer Service Coordinator - Kirkwood Avenue Hall, Full Time, Christchurch, NZ. Based in Christchurch, NZ. Supporting student accommodation operations including front desk reception, property management, administration and leasing of UniLodge student apartments at Kirkwood Avenue Hall and Dovedale Campus.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week, shifts across Wednesday to Sunday roster; additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters
• Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area
• Assist with ongoing property management of student apartments
• Conduct room inspections and provide general administration support
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing
• Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security, etc.
• Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times
