About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

Were seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic this role youll be responsible for designing developing configuring and maintaining applications and workflows on our growing ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on ITSM modules such as Incident Problem and Change Management. While Wellington is preferred were open to candidates based in Aucklandlocation.

Youll work across a complex environment that also includes ITOM and multiple integrations helping us deliver seamless fit-for-purpose digital services. Your work will directly support ACCs mission to keep Kiwis safe and supported by enabling efficient transparent and customer-focused service delivery.

• Have hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer particularly with ITSM modules like Incident Problem and Change Management.
• Are confident working with Flow Designer Studio IDE Update Sets and CI / CD frameworks.
• Have experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms (e.g. monitoring alerting automation tools).
• Understand ServiceNow data models and platform best practices and can apply them to scalable solutions.
• Are a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Are passionate about delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101287 and $131077 plus your additional 9% superannuation contribution.
