Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Casual Dental Assistant  to join our dynamic dental practice in Wellington, New Zealand. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients while also providing chairside assistance to our dental professionals.

Key responsibilities :

• Assist clinicians during dental procedures and ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Maintain sterilisation and infection control protocols to the highest standard
• Prepare treatment rooms and materials before each appointment
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide general patient support
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly through strong teamwork and communication

Hours :

This is a casual role , offering flexibility to cover shifts as needed. Hours may vary depending on practice requirements, with opportunities to work across weekdays.
