Job Description

• Help and support the most precious people we know, our residents.
• Receive ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Enjoy additional leave, an extra $2.50 per hour weekend allowance and fixed shifts that stay fixed.
• Oversee residents providing activities to engage them.
• Follow individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa.
• Engage with residents and develop lasting relationships with them and their families.
• Use the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app myRyman .
• Take time to learn about each and every resident, their background, and what makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullest.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday 15 : 00-23 : 00 .
