About The Role

Join MYOB as a Tax Consultant and play a key role in shaping our success! You’ll provide critical R&D Tax, GST, and income tax expertise to support our Senior Tax Manager and stakeholders, while driving compliance, efficiency, and innovation across the business.

What Will Keep You Busy

• Manage the R&D claim process across Australia and New Zealand while building strong relationships to gather relevant data from non‑tax teams
• Provide expertise on R&D Tax, GST, and income tax compliance, ensuring accuracy in reporting and efficient processes
• Contribute to the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements, income tax returns, and tax effect accounting calculations
• Maintain and enhance the tax governance framework, including policies, procedures, and tax controls testing
• Support internal projects such as tax research, M&A activities, post‑acquisition integration, and process improvements
• Collaborate with the Senior Tax Manager, tax authorities, and advisors to address ad hoc tax matters and provide insights for decision‑making
