Site Supervisor - prepared to be hands on, needed for a busy commercial contractor to manage jobs in the BOP

• Site Managers, Supervisors or Senior Site Foreman will all be considered

We are seeking a hands on Site Supervisor in the BOP who is happy to run jobs (and occasionally jump on the tools to help the team) for this prominent commercial contractor. They are a leading commercial contractor with several divisions and have a strong reputation and a good pipeline of work from an expanding client base.

This role is looking after secure repeat clients on negotiated projects across the BOP

Operating across Commercial fit outs, extensions and refurbishments, with exposure to a diverse range of projects and the ability to tackle a variety of techniques and display strong communication. As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team and driving the program and all delivery aspects on your allocated project.

This role will see you responsible for the onsite management and delivery of your projects. You will be reporting to the Ops Manager and using your strong work ethic and relationship building skills to establish future opportunities. You will manage the site based employees along with all subcontractors.

Must have NZ experience coupled with Residency in place to be considered.
