An opportunity has arisen for 2 talented Dental Lab Processors in Hamilton.
As a Dental Lab Processor your responsibilities / tasks will include :
- Receive, log, and organize incoming cases and prescriptions from clinicians.
- Prepare dental impressions, models, and materials for processing.
- Assist with fabrication of dental prosthetics (e.g., dentures, and orthodontic appliances).
- Mix, pour, and trim dental stone, plaster, and acrylics.
- Polish, finish, and clean dental appliances to a high standard.
- Operate lab equipment such as pressure pots, curing units, and polishing motors.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from dental technicians and clinicians.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals, materials, and tools according to lab protocols.
- Keep workstations and lab areas clean, organized, and compliant with health & safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking materials and reporting shortages.
- Support senior dental technicians in more complex tasks as required.

Previous experience in a dental lab or similar processing role preferred (training may be provided).Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small instruments and appliances.Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.Basic understanding of dental terminology and materials an advantage.Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload within required timeframes.Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.Physically able to work on repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods.Basic computer skills for logging cases and managing documentation.Knowledge of health & safety protocols and safe handling of chemicals desirable.The role is Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-3pm
