Concrete Dispatcher

to join our busy Christchurch team in a full time capacity.

About the Role

As the Concrete Dispatcher, you\'ll work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the accurate, high-quality, and timely production of ReadyMix concrete.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires both precision and adaptability.

Your responsibilities will include :

Taking and tracking customer orders

Scheduling and dispatching concrete deliveries

Supporting batching operations to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining compliance with environmental regulations

Supporting quality control processes and procedures

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and directly impacts customer satisfaction and production efficiency.

What We\'re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you\'ll need previous experience in dispatching and a mindset geared toward safety, service, and operational excellence.

You will also bring :

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow set processes precisely

Confidence in prioritising tasks and making sound decisions under pressure

Intermediate-level computer skills and familiarity with standard software packages

Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
