As the Weekend Lounge Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily lounge operations during weekend shifts, ensuring high service standards across front‑ and back‑of‑house areas. You’ll supervise and support the team, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, and deliver a consistently welcoming, premium experience aligned with Air New Zealand and Compass Group expectations.

• Supervise lounge operations during weekend shifts, allocating tasks and supporting team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and escalating issues appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety across dining, kitchen, and public areas.
• Support staff training, performance, and engagement by modelling professional behaviour and service excellence.
• Assist with food preparation, service setup, stock rotation, and adherence to the site food safety plan.

• Experience in a supervisor or senior hospitality role within a food service, lounge, or similar environment.
• A confident, approachable leader who enjoys supporting and motivating a team.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional service style.
• Reliable, physically fit, and flexible to work weekends in an airport environment.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and personal presentation.
