This is an exciting opportunity to join Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited as a full-time Sell-out Coordinator based in Northcote, Auckland. You will be responsible for coordinating Mobile (MX) projects to our retail channel partners and ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Mobile Product Management (PM) Head and wider team in delivering key project milestones and tasks.
- Assist in coordinating project timelines, schedules, and documentation for various Mobile initiatives.
- Help manage operational tasks related to Trade-In programs and SC+ rollouts with partners.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for seasonal product launches and ad-hoc Mobile projects.
- Coordinate and support the execution of Mobile sell-out projects.
- Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with Samsung teams across Singapore, Suwon, and SEAO to ensure timely and accurate product information and support.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams including PM, Sales, Retail, and Marketing to drive successful project execution.
- Work directly with Samsung’s distributors to ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives.
- Liaise with Corporate Marketing functions (Digital, Social, PR, .com) to support project implementation and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, timelines, and costs.
- Support user testing, training, and post-project follow-up.
- Prepare clear, detailed communications and documentation on project deliverables and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in project coordination, administration or similar, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industry.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel.Passion for the technology industry and a keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour.About Us
