Overview

Capstone Law is a modern technology-enabled civil litigation law firm based in Parnell, Auckland. We are looking for a full-time junior solicitor (graduate to 2 year PQE) to join our team in January 2026.

Who we are looking for

The nature of your work

You will be involved in general civil litigation, including commercial disputes, trusts disputes and relationship property disputes. You will also gain experience in commercial and property transactions. You will be directly supervised by Kenneth Sun, founding partner of Capstone Law, who is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge. Kenneth was a software engineer prior to becoming a lawyer, so you will be exposed to the best legal technology available in the industry. Go to this link to find out more :
