Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

Building Defect Investigation

Schedules of Condition

Maintenance Planning

Technical Due Diligence

Insurance Reinstatement Surveys and Scope Development

Architectural design management for reinstatement and remediation projects

Contract Administration

Expert Witness duties

Collaborate with a team of Registered and Chartered Building Surveyors on various projects

About You

What you'll need :

Relevant tertiary qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent (construction, building science, architectural-related degree or diploma)

Recent graduate or intermediate experience in building surveying

Motivation to work towards RICS / NZIBS accreditation or Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP) status

Compensation & Benefits

Permanent full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary range : NZD65,000 to NZD100,000 depending on experience
