Position Summary

The General Manager will lead RSG's strategic direction and operational excellence, overseeing all aspects of the business including our five core business units : Cattle Reproductive Services, Semen Freezing Centre, Semen Storage and Dispatch, Boar Stud operations, and Small Ruminant Reproductive Services. This senior executive role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, maintain operational excellence, and advance RSG's position as New Zealand's premier animal reproduction services provider.
