About the Role :
As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences that align with our restaurant’s standards. Your responsibilities will include :
- Planning, preparing, and presenting exceptional dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity.
- Designing and updating menus to maintain a balance of flavors and innovation.
- Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations.
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
What We’re Looking For :
We are looking for a talented professional who meets the following criteria :
At least 3 years experience in a similar role or relevant culinary qualifications.Specialization in Indian and fusion cuisine is highly preferred.Strong leadership, creativity, and time-management skills.Flexibility to work across multiple locations within in AucklandBe able to work on weekends.Can manage a busy kitchenPassion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and exceptional presentation.What We Offer :
