We have 9 hours per week available, 3 hours in mornings of Monday, Tuesday & WednesdayPreparing, organising, and maintaining patient charts / records, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Checking data and filing of medical records.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and providing medical records services in the Hospital.School C or National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 1.Excellent time management skill is essential.Exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a minimum of supervision.A background in managing and organising patient records and files.Knowledge / familiarity of medical terminology, privacy requirements related to medical records etc.Proven experience in office or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting (1-4 years)Competitive remuneration package.Subsidised health insurancePlanned Christmas and New Year breaksFree on-site parking.Free light meals including morning and afternoon tea.Employee discounts from a range of businesses.Ko wai matou | Our OrganisationAs Tauranga's only private hospital, we offer 48 beds, nine operating theatres, and a dedicated endoscopy suite.
