We're looking for an experienced

Urgent Care Nurse Lead

to join our team and help shape a brand-new role within the clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your Urgent Care or Emergency Care expertise and leadership skills to the table.

You'll work closely with another Nurse Lead (GP) to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

The role has been designed with overlapping days so you can share responsibilities, collaborate closely, and stay aligned on clinic updates and duties.

We would ideally like someone to work at least Wednesday to Friday for the roster, with rotationally fixed weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead Urgent Care nursing activities and help shape a brand-new role within the clinic

Collaborate with another Nurse Lead (GP) to ensure the clinic runs smoothly

Share overlapping days to align on responsibilities and updates

Meet roster expectations : work at least Wednesday to Friday with rotational weekend shifts

What you'll bring

Strong Urgent Care nursing experience preferred

Confidence leading, mentoring, and supporting others

Availability on Fridays plus weekend roster participation; option to choose your non-rostered weekday(s)
