About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Process Operator to join our Cereals Team on DayShift in Royal Oak. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor our robotic palletising system to ensure finished products are stacked and moved efficiently through both automated and manual processes.

You’ll be working independently in a fast-paced production environment, where accuracy, safety, and attention to detail are key to keeping things running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Operating the robotic palletiser and manual stacking systems
  • Monitoring product flow and confirming correct stacking and movement
  • Recording production data using SAP
  • Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating when needed
  • Conducting visual checks to ensure product quality and packaging standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

What you’ll need :

  • A current forklift licence
  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
  • NCEA Level 1 or equivalent (reading, writing, and numeracy skills)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong level of physical fitness
  • Shift hours :

  • Monday to Thursday : 7 : 30am – 4 : 15pm
  • Friday : 7 : 30am – 3 : 00pm
