We’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own the marketing engine end-to-end and drive measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Own
Own the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive demo bookings across web and in-app channels.
Manage paid acquisition, SEO, and CRO programsContinually test and optimize channel performance to improve CAC, ROAS, and pipeline velocity.Content & BrandCreate content that drives action : thought leadership, industry reports, case studies, email nurture flows, and social content.
Craft compelling narratives that clearly position Scannable as the category leader.Website & ConversionLead updates and optimizations to our Webflow site with support from our developer and designer.
Build landing pages, conversion flows, and A / B experiments focused on demo conversion and trial activation.Product & Launch MarketingDevelop clear messaging and positioning for new features and product releases.
Collaborate with product and sales to bring new launches to market and create sales enablement content.Analytics & PerformanceOwn marketing performance reporting using HubSpot and GA4.
Provide insights on campaign ROI, pipeline impact, and channel performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (startup or scale-up environment strongly preferred).A full-stack marketer who’s just as comfortable writing a landing page as building a report in HubSpot.Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue—not just activity.Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities—you know how to turn product features into compelling value propositions.Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional teams (design, dev, paid media).Self-directed, resourceful, and thrives in an environment where you get autonomy and ownership.Bonus : experience building or engaging communities as a growth channel.Why You’ll Love Working at Scannable
