About the Role :

Reporting to the General Manager : People & Culture – Oceania, you’ll play a key part in delivering efficient and friendly HR support to our teams. Your day will be varied—drafting employment agreements, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing HR systems, coordinating training, and helping managers and employees with all things People & Culture. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our Lincoln office.
