• Drive automation excellence - Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to create robust automated checks using established toolsets
• Champion agile practices - Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to develop shared understanding of business requirements and underlying intent
• Ensure quality communication - Clearly articulate defects and testing insights to both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Focus on user experience - Contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences across all digital touchpoints
• Active team participation - Engage fully in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and demonstrations
• Stakeholder management - Maintain timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure requirements are met
