We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Swimming Instructor to partner with Millbrook Resort on a contractor basis, delivering bespoke aquatic instruction in a world-class wellness environment.

The Opportunity

This is a contractor role, not an employment position.

As a self-employed Swimming Instructor, you will provide professional swimming instruction services under a contract for services.

You will manage your own bookings, invoice Millbrook for your services, and operate independently while aligning Millbrook's high standards of guest experience.

You will be responsible for your own tax, ACC, insurance, and equipment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is preferred.

Success Profile

Recognised swim instructor qualification

Proven experience coaching adults and children

Operates professionally and independently

Passionate about health, wellbeing, and aquatic safety

Delivers premium, personalised service in line with Millbrook's brand

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts preferred.
