We are on the lookout for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our National Clinical Services team. This remote working role will enable us to continue providing top quality services and provide best of life care to our residents.

The key purpose of this remote Registered Nurse role is to provide online / video and phone remote clinical support to facility employees (primarily Caregivers or Registered Nurses). The role will be a casual role providing coverage across morning, afternoon or night shifts.

About Our Role

As a registered nurse in the NCS team you will provide remote clinical support to care teams. Some of your responsibilities will include :

• Provide timely, high quality clinical recommendations grounded in evidence based practice.
• Effectively communicates assessment findings and provides advice to the in-centre team.
• Provides input into a resident care plan in collaboration with the in-centre team.
• Use technology, including Microsoft Teams and electronic resident management systems confidently.
• Delivers coaching to the targeted care team members in order to ensure high quality management of resident care.
