Jasmax is seeking a talented legal professional to join its Auckland studio.

The role :
This role is a key support to LegalCounseland will see you deliver excellent contract risk management acrossJasmax.
- Prepare, review and negotiatea wide range of commercial contracts and related documents.
- Secure formal sign-off of contract terms.
- Support internal stakeholders with legal queries and provide guidance on contract terms and risk mitigation.
- Manage sub-consultantcontractualrelationships and compliance obligations.
- Manage contract quality assurance processesand maintainthe contracts database and templates.
- Involvement in continual improvement projects.
Attributes, skills and experience we are looking for :
Understanding of commercial contracting principles and professional service agreements.Experience in contract management or legal support, ideally within a construction or architectural / engineering design firm.Methodical, organised, strong attention to detail,and the ability to prioritise.High-levelattention to detail and critical thinking.Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate in business writing.Ability to develop effective and professional documents, tools, and presentation materials.A responsiveand adaptive work style.A legal qualification, such as a LLB, is preferred.Why Jasmax?
