The Role :

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team, leads by example, shares knowledge and skills, is open to new business ideas, and aims to grow your counter and business to its full potential. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing targets and sales figures.
• Creating and building a clientele as their trusted advisor.
• Recommending fragrances based on product knowledge and customer preferences.
• Motivating, mentoring, and leading a team.
• Implementing self-starter promotions and new business initiatives.
• Managing and maintaining appropriate stock levels, visual and merchandise presentation.
• Being the cohesive force at the counter.

This is a full-time position working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday roster.
